Reading to my children. This beats them all :) NOTHING like it... We had ALL these "That's Not My..." books (actually, we had more!)
The first time each of my children begged to stay up later so they could keep reading a book...of COURSE I said "yes" :)
Staying up late myself as a child reading until my eyes burned!
The tiny public library in Greenford, Ohio...practically lived there as a child!
That moment (for me it was in college) when I realized I could READ for a LIVING and decided to go to library school to become a librarian :)
Reading "Les Miserables" in high school. This solidified my love for reading. It was the first "grown up" book I read and I felt so accomplished!
Landing my current job as high school librarian at my local school district...DREAM COME TRUE...
Standing in line at my first big book signing...Tom Clancy was worth it!
Realizing there was a whole blog world out there full of book lovers just like me...and then launching my own book blog!
Receiving a signed copy of "Sanctum: Guards of the Shadowlands", from my favorite YA author Sarah Fine, as a direct result of this blog :)
Wow! That was HARD!! I can think of SOOOOOOO many other wonderful bookish memories. It's difficult to stop at just ten...but I will :)
